Rishi Sethi is a Pittsburgh-based filmmaker, and a co-founder of malhari.media with Patrick Stanny, Bálint Oltvai, and Stefano Ceccarelli. They are available to work on a variety of creative projects, including music videos, narratives, documentaries, and commercials. Rishi is an FAA certified remote drone pilot. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, Rishi received a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford. In addition to working on national productions and collaborating with local filmmakers, he teaches and works with students of all age groups at various institutions in the Pittsburgh area; including La Roche University, Point Park University, Community College of Allegheny County, Shady Side Academy, Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media, and the YMCA. His work has been awarded and featured at festivals and screenings such as the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY), Pittsburgh Independent Film Festival, Indie Oaks Film Festival, and MCA-TV Film Festival. You can find him on Letterboxd, Instagram, LinkedIn, and sometimes as a podcast guest.
